iBill will send out checks twice a month. It will only be send out if you have accumulated a minimum of $50. Otherwise your payment will be transferred to the next settlement date.

GloBill will send out checks twice a month. It will only be send out if you have accumulated a minimum of $25. Otherwise your payment will be transferred to the next settlement date. You may change the $25 figure to your convenience.

All funds are paid by check in U.S. dollars. You can at all times, look at iBill's & GloBill's stats to see how much your account has accumulated.

Business Scat is not responsible for the success or change of iBill or GloBill. Business Scat can therefore not be held liable for any missing payments, bankruptcy or other problems within iBill and/or GloBill. If iBill and/or GloBill close their company, all outstanding balances between the webmaster and Business Scat's partnership program are to be resolved with iBill and/or GloBill.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. If you violate our terms of this agreement your account will be terminated from the program and we will reserve the right to withhold all your accumulated funds.

If you send any hits from any URLs containing and/or promoting child pornography, it will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account.

Business Scat will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors. Also, Business Scat will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting complications with iBill and/or GloBill technical errors or downtimes.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have violated this agreement !

Business Scat reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than one month. In such case you will be notified in advance.

We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a month notice.
